-Lomo Saltado: Beef steak with onion, tomatoes served with french fries.

 

-Trout Tartare: Small pices if trout cooked with lemon, served with avocado.

 

-Lomo con champignon:  Tenderlion steak with a mushroom sauce and mushed potatoes.

 

-Estofado de pollo: Un delicious chicken with a tomatoe sauce.

 

-Risotto de Quinua:  Quinua risotto with chicken.
